Hey! Blake’s Fitness Blog was started by me, Blake from Minneapolis Minnesota, to help share information about whats effective, what good and bad supplements are on the market, and to supply a space for anything fitness related that people want to share with the rest of the world. I offer my daily activities, meals, workout, and pictures of my status to show what it takes to look like at certain fitness levels.. By no means am I saying what I look like is the ideal body for everyone, it is just my PERSONAL look, and you can use my meal and workouts for a basis to design your OWN!
My goal is to provide up to date fitness news and articles and help answer any questions that you may have. If there is something you want an answer for, just ask, and I can hopefully find the answer!
